This 7-piece set provides all the essentials you need to prepare tempura, including premium tempura flour, rice bran oil, a durable frying pot, and traditional long cooking chopsticks. It has everything you need for deep-frying tempura just like it’s meant to be done.

Every component ensures high quality and authenticity. The Nisshin Tempura Flour is a professional-grade batter mix that’s commonly used in Japanese kitchens. When combined with Sanwa's rice bran oil—known for its high smoke point and clean taste—you can achieve consistently crisp results.

The Yoshikawa Tempura Pot included in the set ensures even heat distribution and is compatible with Gas and IH cooktops. The Daikoku Industry tempura paper is designed to absorb excess oil without sticking, adding a beautiful motif to your tempura presentation.

Instructions
To prepare tempura, combine Nisshin Tempura Flour with cold water as instructed on the package. Heat Sanwa Rice Bran Oil in the Yoshikawa Tempura Pot to around 170–180°C. Dip your ingredients into the batter and fry them until they turn golden.
Use the KAI cooking chopsticks to handle the food safely while frying, then place it on Daikoku Industry tempura paper to drain excess oil.
When eating, either dip the tempura into Ninben Tsuyu Concentrated Soup Base or add a touch of Yuzuya Green Chili Peppers and Grated Yuzu Peels Paste for extra flavor.


Ingredients: Soy sauce, sugar, salt, bonito flakes, kombu, seasoning, acidulant (tsuyu concentrated soup base); Yuzu, green chili peppers, salt (grated yuzu peels paste)

Material: Iron (fry pot), stainless steel (chopsticks), paper (tempura paper)

Size: Fry pot approximately 24cm diameter; chopsticks approximately 30cm length

Note: Ninben Tsuyu must be store upright in the refrigerator and use it as soon as possible. For Yuzu Peels Paste, store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, at room temperature (unopened). Refrigerate after opening.
