25 varieties of original blended spices and domestically sourced wheat flour, roasted over an open flame, are combined with four types of fruit juices (apple, mango, pineapple, and papaya) to create a flake-type curry roux that boasts a rich and gentle flavor. Made using only plant-based ingredients, this curry roux is both flavorful and mild. It does not contain any animal-derived ingredients such as lard or beef fat, or animal-based bouillon extracts. While maintaining its deliciousness, it cuts fat content by 25% compared to our Mild Curry Sweet version. As it is in flake form, it can be used for dry curry, pilaf, stir-fries, and more. Beni flower oil is made using organic beni flower oil. This product does not contain any chemical seasonings, acids, colorings, or fragrances. Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

• 1 bag of this product (135g)
• Onions: 2 medium-sized (400g)
• Carrots: 1 medium-sized (150g)
• Potatoes: 1 large (200g)
• Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
• Water: 850ml

Preparation Method:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the cut ingredients until lightly browned.
2. Add water and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until the ingredients are tender. Remove any scum that forms.
3. Once the water boils, add this product and dissolve it well.
4. Simmer again over low heat until ready to serve.

If left at high temperatures, the vegetable oil may melt, causing the roux to solidify or become soft, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
